You should mention that you're trying to shell out to smbutil, which I've given you command-lines for doing so.

And pasting code that you're having problems with is always a good way to get suggestions with fixes/improvements.

I would, it just does work, here try and send me an email with the util smbutil.exe in your exec directory. Heres my sample again

    %!smbutil -d -u0 -nbigjoe13a@hotpop.com %nFILENAME.TXT %jmail
and try sending me a text file with the %nFILENAME.TXT to my email. I just wanted to see if it would work, let me know if you choose to do so.

Well, so far I havn't gotten any thing yet, I just can't figger out why I ca get it to work

Paste some of your code that you've at least tried.

Heres a sample of a command that I use.
    smbutil -1 -u0 -nname@domain.com e%nthankyou.txt %jmail

Uh, what are you passing "-1" for?

I tryed sending my self a email from a file thankyou.txt. I just can't get i to work.

If you want to send netmail (e.g. Internet e-mail), use the 'n' command instead of the 'e' command. Here's an example:

    "%!smbutil -d -nsomeuser@somedomain.com nsomefile.txt %jmail"
