I keep getting this error:

I connect to my hub, but am not gettinga ny echo mail. Any ideas?

That error emssage looks garbled up somehow. "229426db.shd"? Are you sure? Anyway, I would take a close look at your data/subs/fido_229.shd file and see if you actually access that file and maybe try using smbutil to open and list/read the msgs, just as a test.
