Echomails work well. But after the update, SBBSECHO started create Netmail packages with the extension .OUT instead of .PKT as it was
before the update. Packets .OUT are sent normally but destination
hubs not process them. If I rename the package to .PKT before
send work fine, Netmail is received.

Hi, Rob.
I have a problem with Netmail after upgrading to version 3.17b after
two years without updates.
Echomails work well. But after the update, SBBSECHO started create
Netmail packages with the extension .OUT instead of .PKT as it was
before the update. Packets .OUT are sent normally but destination
hubs not process them. If I rename the package to .PKT before
send work fine, Netmail is received.
Is possible set SBBSECHO to generate .PKT Netmails instead of .OUT?
I'm use a batch file for rename packets before send but it's not a
cool solution.
I'm using Binkley/FLO on SBBSECHO. I know that Arcmail/Attach
create .PKT Netmails but i need the multiple output folders facilit
on Binkley/FLO configuration. The mailer is IREX.

Your mailer should be doing the .out -> .pkt renaming. This is
standard behavior of a Binkley-Style-Outbound (BSO/FLO) style mailer.
This is all detailed here: http://wiki.synchro.net/ref:fidonet_files
And this behavior hasn't changed in SBBSecho... ever.

I changed from Frontdoor to Binkley and work fine now. :-)))
Thanks Rob, Mark, Tony and Mortifis.
