I guess they all have their pros and cons but which is the best to own and use on a daily basis?

The question cannot be answered. The reason it can't be answered
is that it's just too.................. dumb.

I'd nominate it as one of the dumbest of all time, ever posted
    anywhere.

Also, this sub-board is for discussion about *Synchronet*.

All these 3 platforms can run Synchronet BBS so I would say it is a legitimate question here.

the subject lists OSes... all of them are fine for the jobs they can perform...
"best" is subjective and it depends on what you like/want...

eg: can you get by with only one button on your mouse and no backspace key? if so, then mac might be ok for you...

but remember, too, that in most cases, a BBS system is not really messed with once the BBS is configured and operational... maybe some additions or removals of things at times but generally speaking, the oeprator doesn't have to fiddle about with it all the time... not even for reading messages ;)

IIRC, all three of those OSes can run on ARM devices, too... however, getting sbbs compiled to work on ARM might not be such an easy matter...

Eh, the latest Apple mice actually have 2 buttons, though there isn't a visible separation between the buttons. It's apparently able to sense which "button" you click based on where your finger is (their Magic Mouse 2 has a multi-touch surface that's able to also sense finger gestures).

It already runs on an ARM processor. The fruity Pi boards are ARM based, and I'm running Synchronet on my Banana Pi - this message is proof that it's working. :)

Synchronet runs on a Pi, so does Mystic. Yep, catch up people. :D
