• Moving files using the find command

    I do not see a option if your searching for a file using the F command and searching using the Search and display extended information the move file command option.

    I do not see a option if your searching for a file using the F command and searching using the Search and display extended information the move file command option.

    That's correct. Use the 'R' command to remove/move files.

    That's correct. Use the 'R' command to remove/move files.

    Sometime in the future can yu add the move file option to the F key. That allows you to search for extended and none extended describitions.

    The reason I was requesting for the feature to be added when a sysop has about 140,000 files in the download area it would make it easer to move the files to the correct areas and delete the dupicated files. Right now the F command only supports move if you select No Search for displayed extended information and that information is import in the file search.

    why dont you just nuke the data files, physically move the files and then import them via addfiles
