Is ecwebv4 intended to be the default web interface in 3.17b? I haven't tried the fresh setup, but in sbup317b.zip, it looks like his webv4 directory is there, but in web\root, it looks like there are still some files in there from the Runemaster web interface (such as nightshade.css), as well as the ecwebv3 subdirectory.

All 3 are preset in the update package (and in CVS) and the sysop can choose/switch between them. The installer gives the sysop the option of choosing the legacy/runemaster web UI or echicken's v4.

I left the ecwebv3 in there for now just in case someone was using that and there were any updates/fixes they might want or need. I'm expect ecwebv3 will be removed from CVS and future install/update packages as well.

I'm not sure how long we'll keep the legacy/runemaster web UI around. Nobody seems to really want to take over its maintenance or over-haul it for current best practices - so it'll likely be removed from CVS and future install/update packages as well.

I'll have to check that out, because I'd like to upgrade to ecwebv4 at some stage. I've had to hold off on the SBBS upgrade, weather conditions are too extreme (no AC) to attempt the upgrade. Hopefully tomorrow night will provide a short window of opportunity.

Grins! I shall try to upgrade this weekend if possible. Expect some questions as i am pretty behind. I investigated an IPV6 setup and haven't worked on the mailer yet but it's an easy go if they can telnet me with it.
