Some guy is hammering my telnet port; I've blocked his IP on the BBS, and when I hit his IP in a web browser I get a router login screen with default creds.

This could be fun.

His router's been compromised and is automatically hammering your BBS, trying to find other routers to compromise.

If your using the standard port? If so you might want to change it.

It's well documented that some routers are vulnerable. You can probably find out what sort it is easily enough.
