Hello Guys, I am from buenos aires, trying to find help on how to compile
synchronet on Minix 3
I have no advice, but I will be curious to know if he gets it to work!
There's too many missing parts. Minix is BSD based rather then Linux based.
I was able to install some packages like clang, autoconf, gmake but it is missing quite a few bits. It doesn't have a cvs client (there's a
cvscheckout and a few others but not an actual client), it doesn't seem to
have any SDL packages so complains about those, it doesn't have nanojit
which I tried to compile and it says it won't build on this architecture. There's also no nspr which would have to be built first.
I'm sure it can be forced to work but it's going to take someone a lot of
time and effort to get all the bits working and I don't think anyone is
likely to do that for an obscure operating system.
