There are several trivia doors out there, and it takes a bit of work
to customize if for a particular subject.
Here's another one for you. The opening scene of the 1939 movie "Gone
With The Wind" featured "The Old Mill"...an actual grist mill that still stands in North Little Rock.
Wow, almost 100 years old!! I hate that movie. :( Because of the
racial overtones (with me being black).
At the time I saw it, I thought the famous line "Frankly, my dear,
I don't give a damn" would never arrive...I think the movie is at least
2 1/2 hours long. The Muppets did a take-off on that, when Kermit told
Miss Piggy "I don't give a hoot". <G>
The Movie ShawShank Redemption, that's in Mansfield/Richland County
Ohio. I didn't know it was based in Ohio, the story. I did a little
over 3 1/2 years in prison, and that 'castle' still stands. The new prisons are built on that same. I saw that building EVERYday. the
prison yard, was pretty much next to the old prison.
I think the original correction facility in Joliet, where part of
The Blues Brothers was filmed (the last part of the movie) has been
either closed or torn down.
