Ok, trying to set this up but not the way it suggests, I don't want to "Force" this. Just wondering if possible to set up on the main menu ? But have no idea on how to set that up as an external program using the main menu. Also curious if I can block country IP'S in Syncro. (?) many thanks !!

EDIT: I forgot 1 question, the reason for the telvar is to let users onto
my other server after validating. I would like to know if its possible to let people see the option but cant access it until validated, as I noticed a user under the requirements does not see it on the menu. Thanks Again.

I threw a script together a while ago coob.js (Country Of Origin Blocking)... you can copy paste it to your /sbbs/exec/load directory ...

Yes, you can set separate "Access" and "Execution" requirements in SCFG. Just have telval give them the security level or flag needed to execute the gateway to your "other server".
