remember, too, that these outbound zone extensions are hexidecimal... the highest extension that BSO can handle (DOS 8.3 ancestry) is .fff which is 4095 decimal... this is why othernet zones are limited to a maximum zone of 4095...
so what created your current "outbound.21" directory? if you did it manually, you need to rename it to "outbound.021"... always use leading zeros for these...
