that depends on the mailer software they are running... as far as SBBS goes, though, the format of the FREQ messages should be the same... i'll have to let someone else explain how that works, though... IIRC it is a new option in the latest code or release and i'm not sure about it...

i still use rick parrish's efreq. i uploaded it to vert if you want to freq files via email. it's pretty cool.
