Got around to scripting the Synchronet bbs list and auto-publishing it in the NightShade CSS.

1. used sbbslist.exe to poll bbs's setup weekly
2. wrote vbscript to modify sbbslist.html to change formatting.
3. used batch file to moved formatted document to \web\templates\nightshade\sbbslist.inc

Still need to tweak some of the colors/formatting.


Looks like I should of setup Synchronet on Windows 7 instead of XP. Powershell would of made the process alot cleaner.

That looks pretty good. The only thing I noticed was that

the list you have appears to have 49 entries while Vert has 163. :o

and I know it was up all day, I even check to see if your ip number was block, in a few files, it wasn't

Yeah noticed that too, don't know what the problem is. I'm using the smb external program that comes with 3.16.

look like you have some more work to do (you might set it run around the same time as vert. bbs lister runs)

I think it would be a lot easier to just use the new exec/sbbslist.js to generate the HTML instead. The old sbbslist.exe is obsolete (I'm no longer using it) and it will be soon deleted from CVS.
