I recommend you use FTP instead. That old Baja script hasn't been supported since like 1997, so it's not too suprising that it's not working with Vertrauen today.
BTW, I forgot to mention: this is *also* the wrong message area to ask Synchronet-related questions. Use one of the Synchronet-related message areas for Synchronet support questions, please.

i'm not going to try it, but it probably still works.
okay it appears that the baja qwk script works. i was using it on bbses.info's bbs and didnt even realize it. normally i do everything in
nntp
Which "baja qwk script"? The one that Harvey was trying to use was for sbbs v2 and dial-up (QNET.BIN), not to be confused with QNET-FTP.BIN which is
for Synchronet v3 and uses FTP (not dial-up) for QWK packet transfer.
