• There IS a HELL!

From Newborn@VERT/HDCAFE to All on Wednesday, August 22, 2007 23:19:00
Let others hold their peace about Hell if they will-I dare not. I see it plainly in the Scripture and I must speak of it. I fear that thousands are on broad road that leas to it and I would arouse them to sense of PERIL before them.

What would yoy say of the man who saw his neighbours house in danger of of being burned down and never raised the cry of "Fire"? Beware of new and strange doctrines about Hell and etenrity of punishment. Beware of manufactring a God of your own-a God who is all love but not Holy-a God who has a Heaven for EVERYBODY but a Hell for none-a God who can allow good and bad to be side by side for time but will make no distinction betwee good and bad in eternity. Such is NOT the God of the Bible, and beside the God of the Bible there IS NO GOD at ALL.

Ah, yes there is a Hell! Take heed lest you find it out too late. You must take the Bible as it is. You must read it ALL and beliieve it ALL. Dare not to say, "I refuse that for I cannot reconciie it with my views." "Nay but, O'man, who art thou that repliest against God?"

Surely it were better to say over every chapter in the Word, "Speak, Lord.
for thy servant heareth." If men were to do this, they would never throw overboard the doctine of eternal punishment of the wicked. "And these shall go away into everlasting punishment; but the righteous into life eternal."

The world "Hell" is an english translation of the Hebrew word (she'ohl') and it's greek equivalent (hai'des) who's meaning is more along the lines of
"the common grave". The greek word (ge'enna) is used as a symbol of eternal destruction (or deletion / emptied the recycle bin on your ass).

Though alot of christian & non-christian religions teach that hell is a place inhabited by demons, where the wicked are punished (as if a loving god would setup such an arangement.)

Eccl 9:5,10 " The living are conscious that they will die; but ass for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all. All that your hand finds to do, do with your very power, for there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in sheol the place which you are going"

-If they are conscious of nothing, they obviously feal no pain.

Palm 146:4 " His spirit goes out, he goes back to his ground; in that day his thoughts do parish "

this is why i lean with the "when you die, your deleted" camp, waiting to be re-installed on a mac, i mean in a perfect world, if the creator wishes it so.
