Spritual Witness (from DOVE-Net/General)

I am in absolute awe after reading bits and peices of the religious discussion that was going on in the DOVE-Net General echo. At first, I was pretty mad about it, but I actually calmed down after a while, and I got some of my thoughts together on this subject.
It seems pretty contradictary to quote Romans 3:23 (referring if they reject the Mosciah's teaching, they will be cast to "hell" [Lake of Fire from my beliefs]) and then turn around quoting John 3:16. This is really a discouraging message to be preaching or evangelizing to people, to be honest.
Here is what I believe, and I am not going to sit here and say "my way is right" or "you must believe the same thing that I believe, or you're just going to go 'hell'":
Hell is the grave, and we are all have an appointed time to be in the grave. Death is just sleep. Please, take a look at John 11 regarding Lazarus's resurrection. Even so, please take note of John 11:24 when Martha replies, "I know he will rise again in the resurrection". Notice that she's not corrected, but was justified in her belief when He said that He is the resurrection.
Even then, notice how the point that death is just sleep in John 11:11-15. He had to clarify to His disciples that Lazarus is actually dead, and He was trying to prove that death is just sleep until the time of the resurrections.
Now, I do believe that everyone will be given a chance to learn of Mossiach's teachings and way of life; whether it will be in this lifetime or after the resurrection. If they do not follow or get the opportunity to follow
Mosiach's teachings in this lifetime, then they definitely will get that opportunity after they have been resurrected. And the only way a person is going into the Lake of Fire is that they will continue to reject the teachings and ways of Mosiach and G-d, even up to the point of the final judgement (otherwise known was the Great White Throne Judgement).
Finally, I do not believe that anyone will be going to "heaven" or "hell" after they die, nor will they be eternally praising G-d or be burning in the Lake of Fire. In this lifetime, we just will go to sleep and then we will be resurrected when it is time. And then, EVERYONE will get the chance to become part of the soon comming Kingdom of G-d and learn of His ways; regardless if they where able to in this lifetime or not.
I know this is not a popular view, and I know a lot of people will disagree with me. However, to me, this is more encouraging than being told that I only have one shot in life and if I screw it up: oh well, off to the Lake of Fire with me.
