• Finally an OpenDoors Comp

Okay, I worked most of my issues out. I figured out how to create my own .def file, and then edited the def's to include the lengths, then created the .lib file and the complies and references all work fine now.

Here's my issue. I compile anything, for example the ex_ski game that comes with it. If I place the .exe in a directory, tell synch to run it as Door32.sys it works fine, but od_control.user_name uses my last name not my handle. In synch I've set it to the default to not use real names. It's not even my full name, just my last name. I checked the door32.sys file that's created and it looks fine.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks! Almost there!

Sounds like it's not reading the door32.sys file, but some other file (door.sys) that happens to be laying around.

There's only two files. door32.sys and my exe. If I delete the door32.sys file, run the door again, synch creates the door32.sys file in the dir and executes the door.

If I run the program locally, it uses "User." Is "User" correct?
