While your binary is easy to work with while it's in memory, writing/dumping an altered version from memory isn't so easy.. and as your already probably aware it doesn't decompile well and the dissassembly of it is pretty much a headache.. ( but WHEN I do manage to come up with a hardcoded fix, the ONLY copy will be emailed to you )
Until then, the fix is thus..
set shell to be a batch (.bat) file instead of an executable or
commandline... this renders the ssh -t flag useless.
