Does anyone know how to get the spell checker working in PICO.
In Gentoo they have the emerge package blocked for PICO. I am running Synchronet under Getnoo Linux. I am using the external editor PICO. It
says hit CTRL-T for spelling but it says Spell-checking /usr/bin/spell
missing. I have aspell but don't know how to get it to work with PICO.
What would be a better external editor. Could you use Nano?
But the spell checking doesn't work in nano either. Thanks. What is the
best for enetering messages into Sync? I am having problems with my
DOSEMU though. Haven't had a lot of time to get it working.

HAve you tried either installing spell, or making a link to aspell
    called spell?
    ln -s /usr/bin/aspell /usr/bin/spell
You can also change what the command line is for spell checking in the
    pico or nano config.

I tried that now it runs spell checking but doesn't seem to work.
Just comes back done checking spelling but doesn't do anything. Umm.
