What are your favorite Linux programs? First of all I got all warm and fu to Ubuntu which I found was the most easiest to use.

KDE's konsole. Of all the terminals for X I find konsole the most pleasing to the eye as well as the best implementation of tabs.

    Regards,
    Doug

Too many to name... I have to say I like the entire OS as a whole plus the great variety of apps available. I love
choice, and with Linux that's what you get. Ubuntu is my fave distro though.

    Take care --

    Sam

I like cut and tr quite a bit, and also the old standards of find, grep,
    sort and uniq.
