    Ubuntu 10 looks very appealing. I might put that on my Pentium 4 box.

    ubuntu might be new and dazzly but slackware is great!

    Slackware was the first distro I ever used, and I used it for years, but I tend to use Debian now, because the packaging system is easier to deal with. ---

    ygdrasil was the first I used. about 54 floppys.
    took hours to install. and if one went bad, then you started all over from 1 again.

    your messages are crashing my editor and i can't quote them.. but yeah slackware was my first distro, I guess that's why I'm partial to it.. other than that I would go completly away from linux and hit up FreeBSD, I fell in love with it.

    I can't see for the life of me what's wrong. I even went though some of messages in posgres. The BBS software stores them they way it recieves
    them.
