When you go to a URL you find a green arrow pointing at the location, with
a balloon telling you some info. You can click the X on the balloon to
remove it, but the little green arrow-head remains, *DIRECTLY* over what
you are trying to look at, thus obscuring it. Is there a way to turn the green arrow off?
