You're logging on over AX? That's pretty awesome. I've wanted to set that up for awhile, but I've not even got myself a CB that works properly yet, so it may take some time. Heh.

Hmm, interesting idea. I wonder if you could run packet radio over one of the least used CB channels, or maybe side band. Would certainly bring back BBS as a predominantly local only system, unless someone was able to work a really stable skip. :)

Welcome to the wonderful world of BBS'ing. I've been back at it now for eight years but started bbs'ing back in 1991.

tell me, what do you mean logging over amateur radio? Is this the packet radio thing I've been slowly learning of?
