• Demolition at Congo Road

We began demolition of the clubhouse today:

We're going to miss it, but we have to be out by the end of the month.
And besides, we will have a *better* place when we're through with the construction!

Is the "container" going to be the new club house?

    Everything for a time.

Is the "container" going to be the new club house?

It will be the basis for the new, improved clubhouse. For an artists impression of what we hope to achieve (in the fullness of time), have a
    look at this page:

So far, all we have is the container on-site. This is useful for storage
of tools and other valuables. We must concentratemour efforts on
finishing the strip itself, before working on the clubhouse itself. So
far, we still can't take off and land! And that is important....

BTW, just ordered one of these:

Not dealt with these people before, so I'm hoping there won't be any
trouble with the order. *Why* I went and ordered this I dunno, since by
the time it gets here I won't have anywhere to fly it... But it will take quite a while to set up anyway.
