Hey! I just got offered a Sig Four-Star 40 that was previously owned by a member who is leving the island. I know it's been hit a few times and the wing is a mess, but the fuse is perfect, and the guy only wants $75 for
it. A new one costs US$150, plus shipping and customs duty.
It's a pretty basic, but servicable low-winger. Here's a picture of the
type of aircraft:

The wing on this particular model is dammaged on both sides, and *very* inexpertly repaired. I can strip the covering, and undertake to repair
the repairs, or I can buy a wing-kit for US$33.39 and build a new wing.
Or I can take a template from the existing wing and cut a replacement wing from foam, which is probably what I'd do if I decide not to repair the existing wing.
She's designed for a maximum .40-sized engine so one of my high-
performance .46's will probably do the trick! :-D
