For those of you complaining about gas prices, just thought I should let you know that I managed to get my 1993 VW Jetta Turbo Diesel to run on free wast restaurant oil. Works great currently but ordered the Elsbett kit just to b safe. Using a multi-stage gravity fed filtration system to make sure the oil is as clean as possible.

Is this one of those cars that'll smell like french fries when you're
riding behind it ??? Hehe, but too cool!!! What's the cost to convert?
What sucks about gas is it's almost $2.90 again here in Waco, Tx. Heck it cost me almost $15 to fill up my gas can to mow my hard last weekend!
Crazy thing is my Trailblazer (16 gallon tank) cost me $16 bucks to fill up when I bought it 5 years ago.
