Completely possible that we mucked something up somwhere. Maybe we again, but that's a lot of copper when you're building for 6M! :)

Are you talking about a 6 meter J-pole?

It's a tri-band J-pole, 6M, 2M and 70cm.

Are you a big FM guy?

It's not mine, I built it with my dad when I still lived there. My bands of operation are... 2M :)

The reason that tri-band was built was a) we needed a 6M and a 70cm antenna and b) it sounded like fun :)

I once built a 15-turn axial-mode helix of 70cm, just for the fun. I
already had a 40-el CP Yagi...

I work 20 and 40, Phone and CW. 2 and 6, Phone and some CW. Thats about it. 10 Meter sometimes.
