DISTURBANCE, ARIZONAÿ- In a surprise announcement, local ham radio operator Martin Jeffries says he has "had enough of the commercialism" and "war on Christmas" and will be buildingÿhis next transceiver.

He plans on starting the project within days and being on the air with the new rig sometime during the summer of 2021.
