    Looks good! Note, that it has a very versatile tagline system.
    You can pick a specific tagline for an area, or point to a file
    and pick a random one, or look through the list and pick one
    manually. And ofcourse, you can have multiple lists and
    configure the one to use.

    I forgot to mention.. that [1] it is quite fine to use on an XP
    system should you be needed to move from Win 3.1, and [2] the
    built in Help is awesome.
