  • How can I get started on ANSI art and stuff

    Just arrived on this BBS by accident. Never used one before.
    The ANSI arts section is really impressive, and I was wondering about how are they made.
    There's a specific software intended for it or what?

    On past THEDRAW was the most used, or AcidDraw. On this days
    PabloDraw make a geat job.

    Yes, there are programs such as TheDraw (a fairly old one now, from the 90s) and PabloDraw (newer, for Windows) that can be used to draw ANSI.

    Greetings! I am new to BBSes too and am also impressed by the ANSI art I come across. No idea how they do it!

    Moebius is also quite good, modern, and cross platform.
