We had some topics on Office 365 to be a bargain for families and 5 users. You had 5 PCs and 5 MacOS... I've read from 2 october microsoft has a new license model which will remove the limit. 5 users will be 6 and you can install as many as you want!!! Nice!

That should solve the device issue. If they do end up selling subscriptions
of Windows 10 OS, it would be nice if they did that there, as well. Or something similar.

That's great news! However, I'm wondering how long this will last until Microsoft decides to raise the prices. Right now, $10/month for six users, unlimited installs, and 1TB of OneDrive storage is a great deal.

I like the fact they'll merge Office 365 account management into Microsoft Accounts; didn't get why they didn't in the first place. I'd be interested in seeing if they migrate our Office 365 account into the family account easily, since it's the same Microsoft accounts (might be pretty typical case).

I will admit, I do like the fact I can use our Microsoft accounts to log into Windows 10. Makes setting up users in Windows 10 easier. Right now, it's just me and my wife on the family account, the kids areb way too young to have a Microsoft accounts. One threy get to that age, I will have them create an accout, so that we can add them to the family account. ... Assuming it'll be there and we're still using it by then.

I think they will in the future! You can store license in UEFI and connect to your microsoft account. So why not. I did before decline a license from an old laptop and used it on my new one. home to pro with some clicks, no use for buying a new license.
