I know this is off topic, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Does anyone know how to move the tab bar below the favorites bar, or move the command bar to the top on Internet Explorer 11. I had mine this way, but had to reset because of a program fault, and lost all my settings, and can't figure out how to get it back. I've goggled it and everything, but can't find the answer.
