nasa always uses artists' renderings, ever notice that?
even hubble telescope's photos look like fake shit when it's not dots in
the sky.
it's easier to take an image of a 24 light year wide nebula at 1200 ly away. than a small piece of rock in a few AU .
Interesting that it would be coming from interstellar material instead of left over from the solar system formation.
But I agree that it's sad to always use "artist rendition", but i guess that
an article nowadays don't far without image/video/snapchat.
it's like show like CSI that are far from what is actually happening in real life. But it alter the perception of the public on how thing actually work.
