Well, yeah. Could be wrong, but I believe the main purpose of trolling is to laugh at how pissed off the victim gets.

These are all valid, but in light of the fact that we have a full on totemist furry shaman in our midst, I'd like to hear his opinion on being a "troll".

I mean this with all respect. The guy that dresses like animals for spiritual reasons probably has some thoughts about what dressing up as a "troll" would do to someone's psyche.

I've had a few fun surprised for people who have made the mistake of playing jokes on me. One guy made the mistake of trolling me with false adoration, initially online, then he made the mistake of trying it on me in person at a social gathering. My response? I said, "well, if you love me so much, then here goes" and then gave him a huge tongue kiss. He never did it again. :D
