In a message dated 07-28-17, Jimmy Anderson said to Vk3jed:

I don't consider myself a video gamer. I did buy an xBox One
to be able to play with my kids, but I'm more of a tabletop
person - board games, x-wing miniatures game, RPG's, etc.

Yeah, hubby and I bought a newfangled Atari 2600 with about 100 of the classics built in and 2 wireless Atari-style joysticks for about $45. Pretty cool. It can also take the old 9 pin Atari controllers as well :)

I've thought about that for nostalgia purposes, since I grew up with the
Sears Entertainment Console (Sears branded Atari - and that was BEFORE
it was called the 2600 - yep, I'm THAT old - LOL).

Sears was notorious at rebranding things back then, especially cameras and electronics. Almost seemed like you could pry the Sears label off and reveal the maker's logo.

sears never made _ANYTHING_. another company always made their products. different ones depending on the types.
