I use an application called PeerBlock which connects to known anti-spam P>servers, downloads lists and implements that on the network.
One thing that you can do is create a list yourself to be included. After P>looking at the FTP logs I blocked out a section of IP addresses that seemed t P>be trying to connect using the 'root' username.

Another SBBS Sysop, Mojo, is using Peerblock as well. Once the weather
calms down here (been a stormy spring in Arkansas), I'll get a config
