Have you guys seen the new mobile game Star Trek Timelines from the company Disruptor Beam?

Disruptor Beam's CEO is Jon Radoff. Long ago, he was active on the Atari ST BBS scene. In fact, he wrote the door games Space Empire Elite and Final Frontier in 1987-88. Space Empire was the first door game I ever played, in 1992 or thereabouts.

You guys may not remember Space Empire Elite, but I'm sure most of you played its offspring. Amit Patel has acknowledged that he based Solar Realms Elite on SEE, and so of course his brother Mehul's later games (BRE, FE, etc) also owe a debt to SEE.

Anyway, I've been wanting to talk with Radoff about these games for years, and now I've finally done it. I thought our discussion turned out really well.
