In your ctrl folder there are several *.cfg files for Slyedit. One is Slyedit.cfg, just enable it there.
That setting in the .cfg file controls the default setting for users; users can still enable it for themselves if they want. As a user, to enable tag lines in SlyEdit, open the user settings (by using Ctrl-U)
and enable the tag line setting. Then, upon saving your message,
SlyEdit will prompt you if you want to add a tag line.
Basically, from what I've seen most other editors do, is to append the tagline after any signature, and right before the tearline, like so:
Sincerely,
Myself!
... Here is your tagline.

+ Origin: Origin line if an FTN echomail message...
When you setup a "signature" in Synchronet, it seems to put the sig /after/ the tagline. Is this something Synchronet does in regards to possibly putting it at the very end of the message? Or is there a way to have SlyEdit check if a signature is present and append the tagline after it?

Synchronet appends your signature after you save the message, so as
far as I know, I don't think SlyEdit has any way to do that.
