Is anyone keeping up on this?? Im sitting here watching Ferguson, Boston, NY, etc. So far it is much more peaceful than last night. This many people in this many cities has me thinking that that will not be the case all night.
My son's had strep, so I haven't been able to go out with an ear to the ground in Portland, yet. My roommate, though, met at the organized protest yesterday, and there was a bit of debauchery going on there. They went out on a few missions to shut down the freeways for awhile. He didn't go out at all tonight, though. I've been unable to keep up much today.
I just hope it carries through into something that doesn't stop until we get a system that is more in line with serving & protecting and less about protecting the status quo.
