    I highly recommend posting on the AgoraNet Art forum, there often times ANSI artists that throw together quick ansi for you for no charge so long as you don't modify it too much when you throw it online.

    Short of that I also highly recommend PabloDraw, it's a nicely done ANSI/Ctrl-A file editor. Also does RIP if that strikes your fancy, but PabloDraw makes ANSI pretty easy. You can even load up existing screens and re-color them. There's still a learning curve, but most of the features are not difficult to understand.
