Have you seen this movie? It's a great story and look inside the life of the "real life Spinal Tap".

    It's available via Netflix too.

    .. Yes! A great documentary.

Not only that, I met them last month at a concert, got their new album signed, and hung out with them a bit after the show here in London... Lips and Robb are great guys, and extremely nice fellows who have had a hard life of metalism!

If they're playing anywhere near you guys, I suggest checking them out, if you're so inclined to metal, that is.

    Kind regards,

I'd probably go see them, just for the curiosity factor. I am inclined to metal, however, although they appear to be really nice guys and are decent musicians, their style is more of a "cheese metal" (similar in style to Twisted Sister, WASP, and a hundred other metal bands), which I've never been a fan of. And their music actually *sounds* like Spinal Tap (which is great for humor, but not so much for music appreciation). :-)

Yeah, it's more a case of supporting them as struggling artists rather than really enjoying the music. It was a fun concert, they were the opening band for Saxon, so they only played maybe 4-5 songs...
