I thought you effectively needed a super majority to pass the Senate in the first place to avoid a filibuster.

When the time comes IF there is a need for a filibuster, then so be it. This move, not to do it actualy may help in the long run as they can say they were being bi-partisan, not like the GOP filibustering everything that came down the pike. Again, it's all politics. The ACA isn't going anywhere, unless they finally decide to go single payer.

It's hard to say where the problem happened: on REP exported from Pharcyde or on REP import on VERT. It definitely appears that header for one message got used for the message in a different sub-board. Very odd.
