I was looking for a wav to midi tool. I'm sure cakewalk has something like that, but I didn't have it handy and found this: http://www.pluto.dti.ne.jp/~araki/amazingmidi/

It's pretty cool. I converted some of my bands stuff to ringtones for my cell phone. It works a hell of a lot better with single notes, but it does it's job pretty well considering.
