Hi, Daniel.
I logged in to check things out. The first thing that you need to look at is that the external message editor you have set as default is not working and hangs on the new user application page. I had to set my user settings to use the internal to get by that. I might recommend taking a look at slyedit, it's really quick and easy to setup and works great.
